Shipping policy

Shipping and Handling:

We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom, including mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man.

Delivery is free of charge unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges may apply for certain remote locations, larger items, or expedited shipping services.

Order Processing:
Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 4:30 PM are normally dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.

Delivery Times:
Most in-stock items are delivered using a next-business-day delivery service.

Typical delivery times are:

Mainland UK: 1–2 business days
Northern Ireland and remote areas: 2–5 business days
International orders: 3–10 business days depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Courier issues
Severe weather
Customs delays
Incorrect delivery information
Circumstances outside our reasonable control
Back Orders and Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is temporarily unavailable after you place your order, we may place it on back order.

If this happens, we will contact you with:

An estimated delivery date
Alternative product options where available
The option to cancel your order for a full refund
Failed Deliveries
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If a delivery fails because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, or because nobody was available to receive the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries:
Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pantumshop.co.uk.

Where possible, include:

Your order number
Photos of any damaged packaging or items
A description of the issue
We will investigate the matter and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

International Shipping:
We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
