Service Agreement
Print-Pack Terms & Conditions
Before signing up, please review the key terms of the Pantum Print-Pack Service Agreement below. A full signed agreement will be issued upon registration.
This agreement covers consumables (toner, drum and applicable items) for the specified Pantum device, plus technical support. Only one Service Agreement is permitted per device.
The agreement term is 1 year from the Service Start Date, with automatic annual renewal unless notice is given in accordance with clause 18.3 (90 days written notice).
Toner levels are monitored automatically via Pantum's PipMe Cloud+ software, which triggers automatic dispatch of replacement consumables before you run out.
Consumables are delivered only to the address where the equipment is located. Unused consumables remain the property of Pantum and must be returned at the end of the agreement at the customer's cost.
If printed page coverage exceeds 10% on Mono pages or 25% on Colour pages, PantumShop reserves the right to adjust charges from the following billing quarter.
Billing is quarterly in arrears based on actual pages printed. There is no minimum page volume or minimum charge.
Payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date. A 3% late payment fee applies to invoices aged over 30 days.
Meter readings are collected automatically via PipMe Cloud+. If the automated meter reading fails for two consecutive quarters, either party may terminate the agreement.
Technical support is available via telephone through pantumsupport.com. Pantum may also carry out remote diagnostics where the equipment supports it.
On-site repair services are provided during normal business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after remote support has been attempted.
Pricing may be reviewed during the term. Any changes will be notified at least 45 days in advance. If you do not wish to accept revised charges, you may cancel with 30 days written notice.
Either party may cancel the agreement with 90 days advance written notice. PantumShop may terminate immediately in the event of payment default or insolvency.
This agreement does not cover damage from misuse, third-party repairs, non-Pantum consumables, or equipment not supplied by PantumShop.
Pantum's liability is limited to the amounts paid by PantumShop to Pantum in the Service Year immediately preceding any claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses.
